Help the poor and needy.

Orphans, widows, old people

The defenceless child, the abanded child,

To stand in the gap for children's rights.

With the love of God give them a hope of a better future, and for life worth living.

This is pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and  Father, to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world
